About Us

Hello, I’m Kai Brown, owner of MK Electric. Serving Naples, Bonita Springs, and nearby communities, my goal is to provide safe, high-quality electrical services with a focus on precision and care. I’ve been in this field for seven years, but my connection to the trades goes back much further—my family has always been in construction, so I grew up with it all around me. When I took an electrical class in high school, something just clicked. I loved the problem-solving side of the work, and since then, I’ve been hooked.

Starting MK Electric was about more than just my passion for the trade. I wanted the flexibility to create a work environment that values respect, teamwork, and the chance to grow. It’s important to me that every job, big or small, is done with care. I make it a priority to listen to what my customers need, pay attention to the small details, and efficiently diagnose issues to provide effective solutions.

One of my favorite parts of the job is troubleshooting. There’s always something new to solve, and I enjoy the challenge. Under-cabinet lighting is one area I especially enjoy installing. It’s amazing how much of a difference it makes in a room, and I take pride in doing it right, with no visible wires or cabinet damage. Customers are always thrilled with the result, which is the best part of what I do.

Outside of work, I spend time with my wife, and we’re excited to welcome our first child in April. When I’m not busy with family or work, you can find me playing pickleball, fishing, or traveling, especially to the mountains for a change of scenery.
